- June 15, 2015 - AA American picked up items from 1br/1ba apt in Manhattan. The driver did not provide any informed consenting for the papers we signed and scurried us through the forms to leave
- June 26, 2015 - my belongings arrive in SF with one item (#22) missing - a mirror carton containing a piece of artwork purchased in 2008 for $6,000 (see claims form) - the current value of this art work to date is $10,000
- June 27-July 10 - a search was performed with minimal updates and the artwork was lost
- July 14 - Stevens has settled my claim for this missing item to be $15 - (0.15% of the value).
Please note there was NO apology from the company. I have not received any explanation as to why this item went missing. How can a 2ftx3ft box disappear?
