Before booking I had rules which they followed, every single one. I needed a full pack at a decent price and I got that. I wanted them in my FL home at a certain time and they were, delivery time was not an issue. I also wanted my things to arrive unharmed and it happened. Anything I requested or wanted done was done for me with no complaints, just the way I like it.
