These State wide relocation guys hand off the jobs to other movers. The guy who dropped my stuff does not work for State Wide Relocation. The person who dropped my stuff off was in a hurry to get my signature first on the delivery slip and said it was the policy and pay him first to get my things offf loaded. Finally 2 of my 5cuft boxes were missing which had some valuables(Camera, Camcorder etc). The delivery guy didn't even care to make a note on the paper it was missing and did not even match the box numbers to confirm which box was missing. I called up SWR and the rep said she'll start an investigation to check with other customers. The lady is least bothered about our stuff. NEVER EVER GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. The delivery guy didn't even fully look into the truck to check for my missing stuff. I suspect the driver as he was in a hurry to get my signature on the delivery slip and get paid. The SWR folks don't kow who they deal with and have bad mover contacts so they can hand off the job for cheap. All they want is money from you. You can be sure to loose your stuff if you have any electronic items in it. I'm sure there are lot others. The lady at SWR said I can contact the claims and process it. I lost valuables worth $1000 and they said I can get back $60. CHEATERS.
