Please do not use this company if you want professional trustworhy service. There is only one dispatcher for this company and she was very rude and unprofessional she portrayed herself as the manager until i found out later she was not. I had issues with my drivers being four days late and each day when i tried to find out were they were she would yell at me and state that they had a 15 day window to pick up my things. She hang up on me several times when i would just try to find out when they would be arriving so i wouldnt have to take anymore time off work. each day i was told tomorrow. when they picked up my belongings they broke a table and a dresser and told me i would be reimbersed, i am still trying to get my money back for that. i was then told my belonging would arrive at destination in 6-8 days. it arrived 15 days later. each day i was told tomorrow. their hours of opperation are unreasonable to deal with issues with the drivers. there is no dispatcher to talk to and no driver to speak to. they lead you to believe they are a large company when they are not. i was very upset by this whole experience, i had sleepless nights, vomiting over the horrible stress and dealing with the horrible unprofessional people and drivers at this company. Drivers threatenting to hold my things because they dont except money orders or certified checks. they were impossible to work with. Please do yourself a favor and dont use this company. I move all the time with my company and have never dealt with anything like this, even with any company besides movers.
