The experience with Statewide Relocation has been a pleasant one. I read mixed reviews, but the sales rep was pretty knowledgeable and a lot more assuring than some of the other movers I spoke with. The movers at my pickup in Chicago were very friendly and wrapped everything up pretty well. I paid an extra $125 to have them package a few glass items that I had forgotten to mention (and for a set of stairs), but otherwise my price was accurate. All my stuff got here in good condition and in time for the holidays, which was my biggest concern. I'm writing this review because I read mixed reviews on Statewide and felt they deserved the positive feedback. I was really scared about moving cross country with thousands of scary moving company stories, but these guys stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. I will be recommending them to my friends.
