My biggest mistake in my life is to use Buget Van Lines. They are only interested to charge you for their brokerage and stay away leaving you with every day surprises with third vendor involved "STATE WIDE RELOCATION".
Choose STATE WIDE RELOCATION for your move if you want to make your life miserable, they will not leave a single chance to over burden you with mental tension, financial over charge and physical.
My stuff was delivered in over 20 days, during this time never update me, if you call them 3-4 time in a day, they will give you some information, that will be false 90% time. They are not at all helpful.
They weigh fraud, my estimate was for $2100 and actual they charged me $3300.
Worst part was on delivery, driver was rude, he reached after business hours, refused to enter my house location, came with no helper to offload stuff, for that he used me as labor. And he charged me extra $275 + $55 (UHAUL charge) to offload my stuff from his big truck to Uhaul, when I was not at any fault.
This company is nightmare for me, I urge everyone reading this review please never ever use this company for your move, and save you from being punished.
