Late pick up, very late delivery - Items missing, many broken/damaged, did not package as promised, did not use crates or boxes that we paid for, insurance is useless (Lost >$2500 - Paid $60), and extremely difficult to work with.
The pick up was so late that we had scheduled to leave and left before they even started loading. Here is a typical example of what I received: They were to put my hanging clothes in a closet box (hanging), they threw them in a large box hangers and all, then put an antique mirror and TV in the box with all my good suits. The mirror busted and got glass all over my clothes and they all had to be sent to the cleaners to cleaned and press. Insurance is paying nothing on this only $5 for the mirror that was worth $150. Busted a large cedar chest and refused to pay saying that it was busted when they picked it up. I have pictures to prove otherwise, they will not accept them. Pay for a reputable mover, you will pay with your belongings if you don't!
