Dean Laster and Star City Moving will say he does nothing wrong . He is a liar. He was to move my family but lost many of our things, broke our most expensive items. He then usually refused calls. When he did speak, he gave excuses ( what do you expect at these prices), lied ( your things will be here tomorrow), threatened( don't you dare complain about this or else). His employees basically admitted that items are stored in employees basements not in actual storage facilities. Other employees suggested items are stolen by employees, possibly by Dean Laster himself.
