Do not go through the horrible experience my family did. Do not use this mover. I picked them through Unpakt, on which it had good reviews. Now I have learned that those reviews are fabricated by the employees of the company. I now see real reviews and other people have had the nightmare move I have had. Also, so many complaints to Better Business Bureau that the company has an F rating.
