Star City Movers: Did not live up to the contract/extorted more money

StarCity Moving was the worst experience I ever had with a moving company.
Or with any company as well.
#1 They sent me a binding contract, which I agreed to. I sent it back signed along
with my credit card information.
#2 On the day of the move after the truck was loaded and on it's way, they sent me
another binding contract for additional money which was not agreed to on my part.
#3 When they arrived at the new location, they refused to unload the truck until I paid more in CASH. The workers were fine, the problems lies with the ownership and the person who sent me those contracts (Kerry). Also they was a third individual named Rolando that was asking or in my opinion extorting more money from me.
#4 When I told Rolando that the only money I had was the tip money for his workers, he said he wanted the tip money and don't give it to the workers. That was the only way they would unload the furniture. I explained that to the workers and I felt bad about them losing out their hard earned money. Shame on YOU, Rolando!!!!
#5 When I asked the workers, if this type of thing happens often, they said, ALL THE TIME!!
Something has to be done to save other customers from the angst, that my family has suffered.
Kerry, if you get to read this, go and get a new job. You are responsible, don't tell me that you are carrying out orders. It is your name on these contracts and I hold you responsible for this as well. I am sure they are more customers like me out these, please continue to post on face book and other social media sites to expose this cancer in the moving business.
StarCity Moving, this is just the beginning!
