Three+ weeks of waiting...

I'm disappointed to write the review I am writing. After now three+ weeks of phone calls, emails and attempted contact, nothing has been resolved and all I have received is empty promises of resolution. I STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere for moving services.
On May 18th, the day before the move, they called to see if I could change the time or date of the agreed move, a fine but impossible option as my wife was (and still currently is) 9 months pregnant. They had double booked for the morning of May 19th, but they did work out the schedule and said they would send five guys to have the move go quickly. Day of the move, three guys show up and all in all, the packing of the truck was going smoothly despite the lack of two people. Two of the guys were about to carry my large and very heavy 170 bottle wine cellar down three flights of stairs without an appliance dolly or any sort of assistance when I asked how they're planning on doing this, wine cellars parts are pretty fragile and this single piece was the entire reason I decided to hire a moving crew. They said they had it under control and I trusted them as they were apparently "professionals".
I stayed behind to finish cleaning the apartment and turn in my keys, on my way to the house, my wife tells me they broke a mirrored dresser and heavily scratched the antique cedar chest. I arrived home and saw (and currently see) a 3" crack through one of the antique mirrored drawers of my wife's Crate and Barrel dresser and two gouges (14" and 6") the cedar chest side and top, which my wife tells me they never covered with a blanket or protected in any way for transport. The foreman gives me Rolando's number, and he said in broken english I "need to work it out with Rolando". I describe the broken and damaged items, including my worries about the wine cellar and it's integrity, and Rolando tells me to email pictures and he will "take care of it by the end of the week". I sent a detailed and picture filled email that night after I finished at work and then a whole lot of nothing happened.
Flash forward to today, now almost a full month since the move. Rolando has told me to talk to Dean as he is only the Regional Manager and Dean is the owner, but despite calling a varying times, Dean never seems to be in, very coincidental timing that he is never in for weeks at a time when I call. The wine cellar does not cool or even regulate temperature (a REALLY big paper weight now as it is useless in its current form), the cracked mirrored dresser is no longer available for replacement pieces to be ordered, and the antique cedar chest is just as gouged as when they moved it. Oh, and my 40+ week pregnant wife is still pregnant. I have called a minimum of 15 times, left messages, spoken to all sorts of people (Meggan was the first person I spoke to that spoke with honesty when she told me she has no idea if Dean will call me back).
I am literally only asking for resolution and a conversation. Instead, all I get is everyone telling me to speak to someone else or taking my number, which has never been called by Star City Moving, and never an apology for wasting my time. I beg of anyone looking for a moving company to chose someone else, or just pray they have more courteous and careful movers than we had. I hope for a resolution to the move before my soon to be born son turns 8, but I'm not holding my breath.
