Total Lack of Honesty & Customer service

My biggest complaint with this company is the lack of honesty, communication and customer service. On the day of the move, they showed up 5 hours late. Instead of being clear about making a planning mistake, which would be annoying but understandable, they kept calling me to say they were stuck in traffic.
I had to talk to multiple people and hear multiple different stories, without ever getting a good answer or being able to speak to anyone that was in charge. Having to keep waiting on 30 minutes increments was a huge waste of my time. The experience was incredibly frustrating and created a lot of discomfort for me to trust all my stuff to a company that kept lying to me. I never got a call from the company to offer an explanation, apologize or make sure things were running smoothly after that.
Once the three guys showed up they were very polite and worked very hard to get the move done as fast as they could. So I don't want to take this on them, as it is clearly a lack of planning.
In addition, the company charged my credit card twice and then did a refund… they obviously don't have their act together
