I decided to choose Starcity Moving after reading their reviews and I was not disappointed! Communication was timely, clear and concise. Customer service was outstanding. Movers arrived within scheduled time frame and moved quickly and efficiently. I had three gentlemen working on the job and they were professional,courteous, and worked well together.
When we arrived at the storage unit, I was afraid that the space we rented was not going to be big enough, but they miraculously were able to get everything to fit with a bit of room to spare, saving me alot of stress and hassle!
I had no suprises with what I ended up paying. The quotes for the move and packing materials were very close to the final cost. This was a move I was doing for my parents and was full of stress and family drama for me. I was so relieved and grateful that working with Starcity was so easy and pleasant. I will be using them for my own move in the future.
