I've been burned in the past by choosing some random guys from Craigslist. So, this time around I asked around and did my research. One of my friends booked Starcity a few months ago for his move and was extremely satisfied. Their online testimonials and references checked out as well so I decided to give them a try.
In retrospect I am very happy with my decision - they showed up on time, carefully and professionally packed my stuff, they had no problem with my really heavy couch and caring it from and to a 4th floor, were making sure that they won't cause any damage to my stuff, in the apartment and in the hallway either. Professionally packed items made it to final destination without any scratches, nothing got broken, no item got lost.
They were really professional and wrapped my furniture super well. Their flat rate was competitive and customer service outstanding.
