The customer service was responsive and friendly. As it was a summer move (busiest season) they could not tell me until the day before who would move me, but a moving company came as scheduled. My items were taken away and put in storage for about 2 months. When I reached the destination, it was July which is one of the busiest months, but every single one of my items were delivered to me by a different moving company within a week, with minimal damage. Obviously you should take pics of the condition of furniture before moving, and move important documents, valuables, or sentimental items yourself.
