Initial quote was fine and were flexible with some modifications I needed to make. Then came the move. They were late with packing and took 8 more hours to pack and load than I had ever had in any of my previous 4 moves. They were 6 hours late arriving at the destination (which was only 2.5 hours away), they damaged quite a bit of my furniture and belongings during the move and were rude and unprofessional to me and my fiancé when I asked for a discount based on the inconveniences they caused. Lastly, they will not respond to the claim I submitted regarding the damage. I sent them 3 emails over two and a half months and they wouldn't even acknowledge me.
