This was the worst moving experience I have ever had (11 moves). This company promised to have a dedicated truck for our household goods and showed up with a tractor trailer holding 2 other shipments, so everyrthing didn't fit. Without our permission, they repacked the truck in their warehouse where boxes marked "power tools" and "sports equipment" mysteriously disappered. Since these were packed by owner, the company refused to acknowledge they exsisted. Our belongings were crammed into a truck without sufficient room that caused $3,000 worth of damage only to be offered 10% for "repairs." When I contacted them to discuss the situation, I was sent to voicemail and never recieved a call back. Plus, the delivery was 2 days late. I would never recommend this company.
