They were suppose to move some of our furniture into PODs to be shipped at a later date. In that process, they damaged our entire bedroom set valued over $3500 and refuse to pay for it- despite over 6 months of correspondence, and previous agreements to cover the damage. Company is Extremely unprofessional, they hang up on you, don’t return your calls, and send untrained movers out to your home that are unprepared and argumentative and irresponsible. Can’t say enough terrible things about this company. Do yourself a favor and find a more trained, sensible, and professional company with at least some customer service skills!
