I was very skeptical about using a moving company. I herd from my friends that using a moving company can be a nightmare. I got 3 different estimates. I checked their reviews to see what other customers said about them. I went with Southeast Van Lines. I was still skeptical. Coleen was my contact person. She was great through out the process. She was very professional in answering my questions. She worked with me on my estimate several different times to assure that I was comfortable with it. She did an outstanding job! I tested Southeast Van Lines. They said someone from dispatch will call a day before the move to tell me what time they will arrive. I waited on purpose to see if they would call. Sure enough around 4pm they called! I thought I will have to call them. To me that was a good sign. The day of the move I was surprise not only did they came on time they were early! Another good sign. Ben and his crew went right to work. I was impressed on how they protected my things. I was also impressed on how his crew worked together. They actually knew what they were doing! When they completed loading my things I felt assured that I chosen the right moving company. I had them to store my things until I found a place to live in Colorado. I called Coleen to let them know that I was ready for them to deliver my things. She said that someone will call me to let me know when my things will be delivered. Again they called! The dispatcher told me what day they will load my things on the truck and the driver will call me when he was ready to leave. Guess what he called not only did what he said they would do he called me 2 different occasions to let me know were they were. I received my things the day that I wanted them. Not one item was broken! I was again impressed with the men who delivered my things. They were very careful unloading my things. They also put together my kitchen table. I would recommend Southeast Van Lines they were professional from the time of pick up to delivery. I would use them again!! Remember that I was skeptical of using a moving company. Southeast Van Lines proved to me that a moving company can be honest and professional in what they do.
