Do not consider South Hills Movers for your next move. Everyone who works there are liars. Their sales rep promised us free boxes, direct delivery and a not to exceed price. HA! From the time the movers arrived, they had attitude and it was clear they didn't care about us, our home nor our belongings. We were assured the the truck would leave our home and start driving to our new home in Florida. HA! It took them 8 days to deliver our furniture and half of it was damaged. Told us they had broke down twice and were unable to get another truck so had to wait for it to get fixes, blah, blah, blah. When the truck did arrive, there was only the driver in the truck. We thought the crew at our old house was bad, the guys who showed up an hour after the truck were just awful - rude, dirty and even more careless than the others. The "replacement value insurance" is worthless. Don't waste your money - they had a million excuses about why they wouldn't pay us for our damaged items. Just when it couldn't get worse, the final bill - which we had to pay before they would deliver our stuff - was $1500 over the "not to exceed" price the sales rep. had quoted. Just a horrible experience from beginning to end.
