Finding a good moving company proved too be a frustrating experience. After talking to many different people at various places, I narrowed down my search to 3 companies. I decided to go with Smooth Relo even though they were not the lowest quote that I received. They were always accessible by phone and my e-mails were always answered. My rep George told me he would be with me every step of the way and he was. I have valuable antiques and designer furniture. I opted to go with their "white glove service." I am disabled and could not pack my belongings. They arrived on time, packed everything to my specifications and I have to say, I was amazed at their speed and the lengths they went to make sure everything was properly packed and color coded. My things arrived in perfect condition and they did help me unpack for an extra charge. I have no complaints except that they were half hour late for delivery. Definitely recommend them, no dollar surprises and no damage to items. I did tip them for their professionalism that they exhibited. I'll use them again for sure.
