On moving day they came on time, they packed efficiently, and left on time. It was a long trip, about a 500 miles trip. They came in afterwards to unload, guys came in and put everything back together. They were very friendly. I did have them pack up my boxes and glass items but they did wrap all the furniture, they wrapped everything very securely and there weren't any scratches like my last move.
