They were supposed to deliver on Aug 31 or Sept 1 at the latest. But then their "truck broke down" (I later learned they were just waiting to add another job). So I didn't get my stuff until Sept 5th. AND they forced me to pay extra for a shuttle because their truck supposedly could navigate my neighborhood. This despite the fact my price was guaranteed to be fixed and include all transportation and handling. I had to pay the extra fee because they refused to unload my belongings until I paid cash in full. Even within the days they picked up or delivered, they were 4+ hours late and didn't bother to call to let me know this. Also, my end table was broken during the move. I would not recommend using Garry at Smooth Moving.
