I had to move my family of five from Texas to Florida for a new job and Sky Van Lines provided excellent service. I was too busy at work and my wife was too busy with the kids to pack, so we paid extra to have them pack everything the day before the move. There were four guys and they had our five bedroom house and garage packed in a day, and I'm sure that would have taken us weeks. Also, they were so meticulous about putting plenty of papers around dishes and taping thick blankets around all the furniture. For the tvs, pictures, and mirrors, they built special packaging out of boxes and bubble wrap. On the day of the move the same four guys came and worked their humps off loading everything into the truck. The only issue that I could say I had was with how long it took to get everything to Florida. It took 10 "business days" to get it and I would have preferred to get everything sooner, but I know they were trying so I'm fine with it. The delivery team was different than the one that picked my load up and they assembled all the furniture that the other crew had taken apart and put it where we wanted it. After we unpacked everything we noticed that we had a few broken wine glasses, but the stems were so fragile I'm surprised any of them made it intact. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received and would recommend this company to anyone looking to move with a local company in the Dallas area.
