They will rip you off - quote you something and then try to pressure you the day of the move. Promise to make up for it, then go silent. Told us our China (from Germany and a heirloom) would be packed in plate boxes and just were thrown into a regular box with no protection. HORRID experience. We are still trying to get our money back.
NEVER USE SILVERSTAR MOVERS THEY ARE A HOAX AND A SCAM.
THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU AFTER THEY PROMISE YOU THINGS AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE INFERIOR TO THEM. It is really like they want you to please them XXXNO CUSTOMER CARE, no one person accontable - made my wife who is on bed rest cry (pregnant) and caused us much pain. They should be ashamed of themselves but they did not care and just yelled at me in from of my in-laws.
