Pros:
Did the job well and fast. Very friendly and careful. They gave us tons of free boxes. Our crew did such a good job loading that we requested them for the other side of our move. Nothing at all was damaged. Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They went above and beyond our expectations in every way. Gave us a credit for $200 since actual weight of our move came in less than the estimate (see Cons).
Cons:
We were told the credit of $200 would be sent to us in a week or two. We are at 8 weeks and after several calls are still waiting. What we considered a great experience is now turning into a negative one. Each week they hold our money the angrier I get. I am tired of hearing 'it will be sent' or 'it should have been sent'. Two months ago I would have recommended them highly and without reservation. Now I would say 'buyer beware'. Funny thing is, if they didn't credit us back I wouldn't have thought twice about it. But, since they did, it is a different story. It is bad business to promise a customer money in a week or two and hold it for months or more. I am hoping they get tired of our calling real soon because we are not about to stop.
