The move started out about 40 minutes late. Besides that, everything was good in the beginning. The men were polite and hard workers. It took them 1 and 1/2 hours for an hour drive to get to the new location. As the unpacking began boxes were coming into the house upside down even though they were marked FRAGILE on the top of the boxes. One box of cleaning fluids landed all over our brand new floor. The part that really upset us was the box of crystal that was my grandmothers wedding gift was smashed. I immediately got in touch with them. I was told that since I packed my things myself there was no insurance coverage. Nobody bothered to tell me that up front and no where did I see it in writing. I was devastated. I am out hundreds of dollars because of their policy and the boxes being handled improperly. To make it worse, they plain didn't care. No apology or hint of concern. They just ignore my calls, texts and emails. I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was the Sunrise office in Florida.
