Safeload is the worst moving company. Very unreliable, very unprofessional and a bunch of liars. Chris is very unreliable, he will do everything to get your job and when he gets it then he will show you how bad he is.
Chris told me they have a truck going to my new location. We agreed on the the date of delivery but it was delivered 5 days late. When they came go pick my household stuff the person that was sent added extra $600 to the original amount when I called Chris he said he trust the man that I should remove some of my stuff if I'm not happy with the price. My furniture and mattresses were wrapped with black cellophane. The delivery driver refused to unwrap all my furniture. The ones he unwrapped he left the garbage in front of my door. I called Chris to complain to him he said he knows the driver that he did a good job. When I unwrapped my furniture I noticed that the edges of my Sofa, loveseat, mattresses were torn and have black stain. The person who said he is the manager threatened to put my stuff in storage if I don't pay the driver before unloading. Now I know why he insisted on getting the money first.
This is the worst company I've ever seen.
I cannot recommend Safeload to even my enemy. They are very bad
