The movers who picked up my stuff were on time, and were polite and friendly. The movers who delivered my stuff were also on time and very a good bunch as well. No one gave me any attitude at all (unlike with some moves I have made in the past, with other movers). I am now 3 months post-move and I have not discovered any items/boxes lost, and nothing was broken during the move. I did have Sysco Moving and storage provide about 50-60% of my packing (they only charge you for what they pack. you don't have to go with complete pack vs no packing). I am sorry your experience was difficult.
