After loading last thing on truck and preparing to pay down payment, overcharged over double.
Refused to end the contract and let me have my things. Would not tell me where my things were stored until I paid the full over charged amount.
Most of all large items damaged carelessly, as if they had been dragged or pushed across a rough surface.
Referred me to extra insurance purchase which is connected to their company and denied my claim.
Sued in Civil Court and received default judgement, they didnt show up. This was a long distant move but didnt have to be this bad. They will hold your things hostage if you dont pay and then damage your things. Most of these positives are local moves. They are criminals.
