I must say that before I called Summit I was concerned reading all the negative remarks, HOWEVER I am a firm believer not to judge a book by it's cover. I called their office and spoke with a lady named Kristina. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with her quote. She even advised that I could have a sales rep come to my house to give us an exact quote for my move. With than in mind, I agreed. A salesman named Sam came to our home. He was on time and very knowledgable of his professiona. He took his time ti evaluate and provided me a detailed list and cost. He even provided us his personal cell number to reach out if we had other questions. On the day of the move, it was raining yet the team came on time and moved quickly and packed all of our furnture in a secure fashion. We were amazed how profecient they were. As to their promise, once our delivery was made a few days later, the cost was EXACTLY what was quoted. No damage, no concerns.
Please don't be swayed by negative remarks as many of their competitors place them. Judge for yourself. Summitt Van Lines, you get a THUMBS UP!
