The whole process was very frustrating. Late pick up no problem, not enough packing material. 35 days to deliver damaged furniture 1700 miles. Poor communication with delivery. Movers asking for tips. Experience was a night mare. Beware. Also adviced not to attempt contacting police by BBB, as our belonging would be held until things were sorted out, then we would be left with a charge for storage.
