I had been looking for sometime and I just got fed up with all the sales calls and I narrowed it down to 3 companies. I chose Royal Relocation because the salesman followed up promptly and never tried to sell me. They were helpful and I was not promised a delivery date but told it would be somewhere in the 7 to 14 day range but it could take up to 21 days.I got it faster than anticipated but I was ready for the worst. I was happy with the service and when I called to find out where my stuff was they would call back or kept me in the loop. I had a good experience and I don't feel like I got a bad deal at all and a few minor scrapes but overall no major damage to my items. I promised the salesman that I would right a review if I was completey satisfied and I was. Thanks alot, Robert
