The quoute they gave us was over $3,000 off. They told us they had to tell us legally that it could take up tp 21 days for delivery but never takes only a week no more than two. When the driver finally got to our new home he said it was going to be another $300.00 bacause of the elevator charge of which we had already paid and if we didn't pay him the cash our stuff would go in storage. We had to pay him. Then all of our expensive furniture was broken to the tune of abour $5,000. The four guys unloading the truck while the driver slept were hired from craigslist the day before. Nice guys, who were devasted everytime they unwrapped something to see it was destroyed. Boxes were smashed, i was left with two dinner plates and that was it. I had two full sets. Things were stolen! The guys who were hired by craigslist were paid $30.00 for working from 2.30-8pm. This is just wrong and sick that this company treats human beings this way. We have been calling them everyday to get a ledgible copy of our contract and they won't return call or they say it's on it's way. We aren't getting one! They give you a copy of a copy of a copy on purpose so you can't make a claim.
Whatever you do...please don't hire this company!!! They are not a professional company. Something should stop these criminals. How do they sleep at night?
