On time, but dishonest

Once we signed on to the estimate Roseville Van and Storage gave us, it was pulling teeth to get a simple question answered or a message returned. During the loading process, they actually threw boxes from our second-floor balcony to the ground XXXand then, when directly confronted on what we had just witnessed XXXflat-out lied about it, saying it didn't happen. When our items were delivered, our almost-new bed was severely damaged, with major scratches on every side. After trying to blame us (!) for the damage, they gave us instructions for filing an insurance claim. We did, and then had to harass their office staff to actually process the claim. When all was said and done, they offered a check for about $150, less than 10% of the cost of a new bed, and since the damage cannot be repaired, we're left to pay for their shoddy practices. The only positive we can say is that they were on time for both pickup and delivery. We strongly recommend against using Roseville Van and Storage if you want honesty from your moving company.
