We fixed on a quote and the despatcher called me the next day in an abusive language trying to convince me that it is about a 2000 pound job, whereas the job was not for more than 800 pounds, he shouts at me abuses me , calls me a cheat and threatens me that if i dont pay more he is not going to pick up the luggage. i asked him to pay back and he refused, he did not pick up my car the day he promised, and after begging with them for one week he gave it to a third party who picked one week later. When the guys came to pick up the luggage he forced me to sign on additional papers that he has consumed more packaging stuff. It was by far the worst experience of my life.My advise to anyone who reads this-DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM . THEY ARE THE WORST GUYS IN THE INDUSTRY AND WOULD BEAT THE MOST BLACKLISTED VENDOR BY A MILE.
