Please, do NOT use reliable spine movers!
If i can save one person from having a poor moving experience, i will be happy. i've had poor customer service before - but this one takes the cake!
an hour into the proposed delivery time, they had yet to arrive. i called to get an ETA and determine cause of delay. the owner, mark, seinfeld, told me his movers were backed up, and that a) they weren't going to be able to come, b) it was my problem, c) i should pick up a phone book and find someone else to make the move! I was so flabbergasted, i didn't know what to say! moving is stressful enough - no one should have to deal with this! i had to call up another moving service - turns out Reliable Spine is notorious for doing this...wish I had know earlier.
