The moving crew showed up close to on the committed time, and they both worked very hard. However, my wife overheard one mover telling the other that they should avoid telling the consumer if any damage took place during the move.
During the move, one of our dressers was gouged very deeply, but we were not told about it. At the end of the move, we saw the damage, and knew that it happened during the move. When we told the crew, they admitted that they knew that the damage took place during the move, but (at least) noted it on the moving documentation, and they directed us to call the company.
We called the mover, and arranged for a time for them to check the damage, but they never showed up. When we called back, they said that the driver was running late (no apologies, no notification ahead of time), so another date was mutually identified. They didn't show that time either.
Four different time, they said they would show, and they didn't. In only one case were we called (after I insisted that they call ahead of time) to say that they wouldn't show.
They obviously want to avoid paying for damages, and are just hoping that we would "go away".
I recommend that this company never be used.
