Regions Van Lines was recommended to me by my previous neighbor who used them to move her son out of her home a few months ago. I always prefer to listen to word of mouth reviews, and I'm glad that I did.
I got a few quotes from other companies, but none of them were really as appealing as Regions Van Lines. I told the customer service person that I needed storage for a large amount of items, and they were able to offer 3 months free storage, along with the quote I received, which was very fair. Getting the storage situation out of the way made a huge difference with my move.
From start to finish, the communication was nearly flawless. I never received anything other than clear information relayed by friendly and competent staff. I even spoke to the same girl a few times and she remembered me by name each time. The quote didn't change later on, and I paid exactly what I was told I would pay. Pickup of my belongings as well as delivery were right on schedule. Unlike my last move (I used another company) I didn't spend countless hours waiting around, and I didn't feel worried that my stuff would show up broken.
They movers were also really courteous and professional, and there wasn't a single snag to speak of during the moving process.
