I was tricked, swindled, lied to, my house was damaged when my stuff was picked up, precious heirlooms were damaged and their claims service is a sham designed to wear you down with petty details until you give up. They wont even attempt to engage in a conversation about you complaints. They dont care. they just want your money. Absolutely worst moving experience ever
