It started great. I got the best price from Regions for my local move. Also got the best feel for good service as the phone sales rep was very knowledgable and reassurringly confident, she seemed to know this moving game. The day of my move came. I was ready with all my packed boxes and furniture. Then the phone call came from the dispatcher. As I wasn't the first move of the day, things were running late. This was okay at the apartment building I was moving out of as I had to reserve the service elevator for a day's worth of time and tip the staff accordingly. At the building I was moving to though this was another story. I was only able to reserve this elevator till 4PM and now it was going to run much later. As a new tenant this was high anxiety and the management staff was putting up a hard line. This is where Regions redeemed themselves for the unexpected lateness. Between the sales, customer service staff and dispatcher they called and arranged more flexibility out of the management staff, no easy task. These guys went the extra distance for me and once at my new building got me in quickly and quietly as it was in the evening hours beyond normal service elevator operating hours. In the end I was very satisfied and will use them if I need to move again. They more than redeemed themselves for the high anxiety.
