Never use this moving company. I had a terrible experience with them. They firstly give you a reasonable quote, but your final bill would be 2 or 3 times hire. Employee in the head office are extremely irresponsible especially Nicole Smith. They did not reply my inquiry e-mails regarding the status of my furniture. They just called me 18 hours before moving to pay the unreasonable price by credit card (3% more charge). I was told that they will not deliver my stuff until I pay by credit card. I found them very rude...
