I was so hopeful with a quote of 780$ to move from Ontario to Alberta given to me four months before the move. A WEEK before moving, I got an e-mail telling me they had increased there rate, so it would now cost 1400$. When I questioned it, and explained why I was frustrated that they had changed their price, they didn't respond until 1am the moving day saying they didn't know whether to come or not.
Frankly, these people did not respond to questions or emails on time, were NOT honest about their costs, and were rude on the phone.
I'm so disappointed and frustrated with how I was treated!
ALSO I don't trust these other reviews at all. I dealt with the manager of the company, and he was impolite and pushy.
