Got quote from Budget Van Lines but once they get their part of money they dont care about resolving issues with the carrier. Pick up day was a day after the 3 day window they request. Did not deliver until 19 days later when supossed to be no more than 7 days. Supposed to call you 24hr before delivery/pick up but I did not receive either. I had to constantly call to check status and then would be told they would call me back but that never happened, when I called back they had forgot to check and so they would have me call back again. Service includes wrapping (protection) of furniture with blankets but they dont tell you in advance you'll need to provide tape to secure the blankets so they charged me $50 for tape. At delivery some furniture: chair, sofa, coffee table, washer/dryer had no padding at all causing them all to be badly scratched and dented. My washer and dryer are top loads and they were stacked on top of each other (damaged also)... They changed my delivery date about 4x, they said driver had an issue but will deliver no later than....when day got closer they would change date again saying they only had one driver for the TX area...
