Original pick-up date - did not show-up. I had to call.
Second pick-up date - at least 3 hours late - I had to call.
Drivers smelled horrible - maybe no bath in a week?
Drivers could barely speak english - had a very bad time understanding them.
Upon delivery - obvious damage to goods - driver says contact company.
Contacted company - they said file a complaint with CSI.
Quality Move found some of the missing items but not all.
There were roughly $1,700 in estimated damages. CSI offered to settle at $71.00 on behalf of the company.
The entire experience was very bad & stressful from beginning to end.
