I am taking the time out of my day to write a review about Quaily Move.
My original quote was $1280, Final amount due (after packing my things into the truck) was $1900.
Movers were 2.5 hours late, we had an elevator reserved for a 2 hour period.
2/3 movers did not speak english, made it difficult to communicate.
I called the toll free number over 15 times and spoke to multiple people, everyone one said they would call me back, never happened. (once again 2 people on the phone were not english speakers)
Movers did not give me a copy of my item list. They said if you have a copy machine you can make a copy...I was moving...everything was in boxes.
Excessive packing materials were used, they charged us $400 for packing materials and labor, for out 1 bedroom apartment (700 sq feet).
I feel that the BBB should be involved. One more thing, on delivery, they only take CASH (no personal checks, no money orders, nothing) just cash...beware of a 9% fuel surcharge that is tagged on after they have your things in the truck.
Please, be aware of this company. I have lost hundreds of dollars to them and would like everyone to think three times before considering them.
