I think every moving company should pay equal attention to both their moving services and their customer care. Many companies train their movers really well these days but the customer care service is whole different story. However, with Puma van lines, I was quite impressed in both departments. They called me back in just ten minutes with an amazingly low quote. The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment quite quickly. The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made the next day. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. The movers did an excellent job and I commend them for it. Their customer service was also just awesome.
