We were lied to about insurance and how we could pay. We already paid the 1115 before they sent their contract. They also, like others, didn't inform us of the packing material cost. We were relocating to another state and we had to find a home. This ridiculous company decided to deliver to us two weeks later, still without an address. We were told to call when we found a place and then they would start the delivery procedure. But no, some bright spark sent our furniture and belongs to nowhere. We hadn't found a place so we had to get our stuff delivered to my husbands grandmother's basement. I would never use this company ever again. I would rather physically carry our stuff then employ them. Also a woman is customer service is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. Complete incompetence. Worst company I have dealt with.
