Never concerned about customer satisfaction than getting the order

The communication form the customers service is very bad . They call after and after before getting the order and gave a very promising appearance . But after getting the order you are left and not considered at all. It is like they want the money and not another business. I was never told about how they would operate and what their delivery time line is. While loading the items you get to know that there is another date called "earliest available date" which is their key in getting the stuff delayed as long as they want, if this was known earlier I would have planned accordingly. This was the expensive movers and I opted for it thinking it would be more genuine. I had extended my stay at hotel more than what I planned because of the delay. The worst part is you never know on where the stuff is and when the delivery would be. No communication from any one. Tried to reach the dispatch department and that too goes to voice mail and never expect them to call back though you leave a message.
FYI- my items were loaded on Oct 31 st and my earliest available (which I came to know at the time of loading) was on 11th Nov and now it is Nov 20 th. Still I did not get the things delivered.
Please calculate the hotel rent for all the extended days!!
Really regret on choosing this company.
