This company is all talk and NO service. The pickup was 6 hours later than expected, so the furniture was packed in the total dark. Then they told me the load was 50% higher than the estimated size and cost another $1,000, though the only items I hadn't told the moving coordinator about was a grill, a small chest and a roll of carpet.
The delivery date was October 1 and the furniture has still not arrived 30 days later. And we keep getting different stories as to why it hasn't arrived: the truck broke down...the load is too small to send a truck until they have another delivery in our area...the truck has been loaded and it will be there tomorrow (but it never came)...we don't know when it will be delivered but we have 30 business days (6 weeks) to actually deliver it so it's not a problem. No apologies or consistent explanations, just we'll deliver it when it is convenient for us.
Do NOT trust this company!
